Booking&Cancellation Policy

Reschedule
- Clients may reschedule at least 12 hours before the appointment.
- You may reschedule once for free.

- If you wish to move your booking more than once, an additional fee of 300 THB will be charged each time.

Same-Day Reschedule
 

- If you need to move or change your appointment within the same day (or less than 24 hours before),

there will be 300 THB extra fee for the reserved time.

Late Arrival
- If you arrive 15–30 minutes late, extra 300 THB fee will be added because it affects the next client.
- If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your booking may be cancelled or moved. And your deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you’re over 15 minutes late with lash removal, we might not have enough time to remove your old lashes,  so we’ll continue with the lash application only.

 

No-Show
- If you do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Rebooking may require a new deposit.

 

Deposit
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- They will be deducted from your final bill on the day of service.

 

Service Time
- Each service requires a fixed amount of time.
If you are in a rush or arrive late, the salon cannot guarantee the final result.

 

Additional Notes
- Please let us know early if you’ll be late or need to change your appointment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking time.
- The salon may shorten or adjust your service if you arrive late.
